The Bevamma's Life

Once upon a time, in a city called Halli, there lived an 80-year-old widow named Bevamma. She stayed near a temple in the city slum. Bevamma got married to a wealthy family boy named Asvathapaa 60 years back, but she lost her husband just five years after her marriage, and she did not have any children. Although Bevamma had no family, she had a good reputation in the city. She stayed there only.

Ten years after her husband's death, the temple beside Bevamma's home was under construction. The temple's worship man saw her and thought to help Bevamma as his own daughter. He later took care of her very well.

The worship man was an honest and helpful person, but he also had a business mindset. He helped Bevamma by providing all the necessary nutrient foods, but he also demanded that she produce a product called Neemleaf, which was in high demand throughout the city and year-round for medicine and festival celebrations.

He started to do good business with Bevamma's produced Neemleaf, along with a lot from worshipping in the temple. Forty years passed by, and the temple worship man had earned lakhs of rupees. But Bevamma was getting older and did not have the same strength to produce Neamleaf as she did 40 years back.

The worship man thought that he was not getting any benefits from Bevamma, so he decided to reduce the nutrition foods to her and not give her a place in the temple. Bevamma emotionally worried about his cruel thought initially, but she remained happy even though she did not have a place in the temple. She had a good reputation wherever she went because she was a pure-hearted and good reputation lady.

The worship man thought that if he openly took Bevamma from the temple place, the whole city people would fight against him for his cruel action on Bevamma. So, he asked some people to get her from the temple overnight without giving a clue to the city people.

Those people took her to a place called Drilling palya, where she produced wood-made sacred furniture used in well-reputed places and most sacred places like temples. Ten years passed by, and the temple business was getting to the next level and becoming famous in the nearby cities. The worship man thought to improve the temple with high-end infrastructure.

So he asked a great builder to build a temple, which finally got ready. Later he thought to buy the most sacred furniture for the temple to attract more people around the world. Finally, he bought Bevamma made sacred furniture for the temple and made a good locker to protect it. And every day, he was doing pooja to the Bevamma made sacred furniture.

Now Bevamma saw the business attitude of the worship man and laughed at him, saying, "I always have a good name and reputation wherever I go and wherever I live because I have a pure heart and help for people's good sake."

Who is this Bevamma friends?

Here I am not saying anything about Human being called Bevamma, actually she(Bevamma) is the sacred tree named called NeemTree, that we do pooja in temple everyday.

So, like Bevamma(NeedTree), we should never worry about whatever others try to do for our pure heart, and we should have the bravery to lead our lives happily wherever we have a place. Finally, one day, the business-minded people will have a demand for us definitely.
